The Situation
Strategic Sales Manager across mainland Europe. Regular unplanned travel, client dinners, events, and a drinking culture made consistency hard. He was moderately active, but without structure. Every attempt followed the same pattern: start strong, travel, lose momentum, stop, restart. At 80 kg, with clothes “just about not fitting anymore,” he wanted to get back to feeling like himself again.
The Problem
Training was never the real issue. The missing piece was nutrition. He had done CrossFit, worked with a personal coach, and tried cutting carbs in the evening, but nothing lasted once travel disrupted the routine. As he put it, “Whenever I asked about nutrition, everyone gives you different answers.” After years of going up and down, he stopped trying to figure it out alone.
What changed:
We didn’t build a system for ideal weeks. We built one for his real life. The approach was designed to hold through unplanned travel, client dinners, events, and everything that had broken consistency before. Instead of another hard push followed by collapse, he finally had a structure he could sustain long-term.
