The Situation

Working in M&A within the insurance sector. Long days, regular travel, no consistent window to exercise.

Jonathan hit 50 and felt what many men feel at that milestone: metabolism slowing, a body no longer responding the way it used to, energy quietly declining year after year.

He'd joined a gym. He knew he needed structure, not just a program, but a real system built around his actual life. He wanted to understand nutrition properly, build core strength and upper body muscle, and find a maintenance rhythm he could actually sustain through travel and long working days.

The Problem

The pattern was familiar: a little progress, then back to square one, sometimes worse.

'I didn't really have the toolkit of knowledge to be able to apply consistently an approach that would help me get lasting results.'

He knew what he wanted. He just didn't have the framework to get there and keep it.

The Result

We went back to basics. Nutrition built on protein and fibre fundamentals. Training tailored specifically to his goals, core, upper body, and exercises done correctly. A structure that acknowledged he wouldn't always be perfect, and built in the right balance for a life that included travel and restaurants.

3 months later

Two belt sizes gone, the first dropped in just two and a half weeks. Core strength building. Upper body developing. Results continue to come even on the road, because the system was designed to travel with him from the start.

He learned what to eat at restaurants. He learned the best exercises to do in a hotel fitness room. He stopped going back. The yo-yo stopped.

“It's not a one-and-done type thing where once the program is over, you go back to normal. You get a method, an approach, a skill set. And you continue to make progress and maintain what you've built”
