The Situation

VP at a global medtech company. Weekly travel. 12-hour days. 2 daughters at home. At 52, Josep had hit 92.5 kg, his highest weight ever. A former semi-pro athlete who had watched his physical identity disappear over 2 decades without knowing how to stop it.
