The Situation
Chief HR Officer managing a global function under intense turnaround pressure. Travel up to 3 weeks per month, often across continents, not just countries. Early mornings for time with his child, a long daily commute, and no realistic window to train before work. He was working out once a week and felt strong overall, but the belly would not move. After repeatedly trying to cut carbs and skip breakfast, with nothing lasting, it became the one thing in his life that no longer matched the standard he held everywhere else.
The Problem
He wasn’t looking for a lower number on the scale. He wanted one thing: to get rid of the belly and look ripped through the midsection.
'I have a lot of things going well for me. I love my job. I have a great family. There's just the belly that bothers me, and it's not who I am, and I don't want to tolerate this anymore.'
The Result
We didn’t ask for more time. We built a system around the life he already had. Training stayed at once per week. No lifestyle overhaul. No extra workouts added. The lever was nutrition, structured to work through intercontinental travel, long commutes, and an executive schedule where time was the scarcest resource.
5 months later
10 kg gone. From 90 kg to 80 kg, while still training just once a week. The belly fat, the single isolated issue, was gone. And beyond the physical result, something else shifted: he felt more presentable as a leader, more natural in the room, and more connected in human-to-human interactions with his team. Nothing about his credentials, workflow, or role had changed. Only how he showed up.
“I feel that I connect with my team better. I feel more presentable as a leader. The human-to-human interaction just became easier and more naturally connecting.”
